INTRODUCTION
The internal environment of a business enterprise consists of all various departments in a company. All these departments have to be in consonance with the marketing department/management. In managing, the Marketing Management Company also presents the scope of authority of these positions to properly execute the stated responsibilities.
The company decided to create this kind of Organizational Development Program, for Marketing Management Company to all the employees to be an asset of their respective company as well as to be competitive inside and outside of the country and every time that the organization change the employees can easily cope up the things might change that's why employees can work effectively.
GENERAL GOALS:

More importantly, the term change agent or catalyst is synonymous with the notion of a leader who is engaged in doing leadership, a transformative or effectiveness process as opposed to management, a more incremental or efficiency based change methodology.
OBJECTIVES:
Organization development is the process through which an organization develops the internal capacity to most efficiently and effectively provide its mission work and to sustain itself over the long term. This definition highlights the explicit connection between organizational development work and the achievement of organizational mission. This connection is the rationale for doing OD work.

PERSONAL LEARNING SUMMARIES
Human Behavior Organization, a subject which I really enjoy because of the learning style of having recitation to the activity by using English as the medium of instruction. I learned a lot from this subject, for me, i think the best grammar that i am going to recite to this subject and my communications skills was improved that having a HBO discussions thanks to the helped of Mr Miranda
Human Behavior in Organization helped me realized better the differences among people in terms of behavior. Most often these differences lead to misunderstandings and petty argument between and among people.
